Food and wine

This is a land of wine. Just by touring its regions you could visit almost a hundred wineries. The Priorat, which holds the Priorat Quality Designation of Origin, is one of the lands that has the most private houses where wine is made and where you can directly breathe this culture linked to the land, although you can also enter the Denominations of Origin of Montsant, Tarragona, Conca de Barberà or Penedès. The so-called Wine Cathedrals, in modernist style, coexist with small family wineries that maintain the taste of careful agricultural work. If you want to be in contact with people who have really established deep roots with their land, visit these wine temples, they will inspire you for sure.
